Signing up with us is a very simple process. Once you complete the setup form below, we’ll email you a DISPATCH AGREEMENT to fill out and sign. Don’t forget to attach your MC Authority, W-9, NOA (only if using a factoring company), Authority Certificate, and Insurance Certificate.
